Handyman Technician:

Responsibilities: General repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.

Tool Requirements: Basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches), power tools (drill, saw), diagnostic equipment (multimeter).

Hourly Wage Range: $15 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.

Carpenter/Finish Carpenter:

Responsibilities: Carpentry projects, custom designs, and trim work.

Tool Requirements: Full set of carpentry tools (saws, routers, chisels, measuring tools, levels), power tools (nail gun).

Hourly Wage Range: $18 to $28 per hour, based on experience.

Home Improvement Project Manager:

Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee home improvement projects, manage timelines and budgets.

Tool Requirements: Project management software and tools, communication tools (phone, computer).

Hourly Wage Range: $21 to $33 per hour, depending on experience and project complexity.
